This file describes any last-minute changes or omissions from the manual.


SAVED SETTINGS
Settings such as Captures On/Off, Sound On/Off, Player Selection, etc. are 
kept as a temporary setting when you leave the program.  They are restored 
automatically the next time you run the program.  Using the Save Settings 
button saves the settings to a special file, which is only used when you use 
the Load Settings button.  It is recommended that you when you get the 
settings the way you like, you then Save Settings.  Changes to the settings 
after that remain even after leaving the game and returning, but you can 
still go back to your Saved settings by using Load settings.
 
PLAYER INDICATORS
In the window to the left of the buttons, the light square indicates whether 
White is Human or Computer, and the dark square to the right of it indicates 
whether Black is Human or Computer.  An arrow points to the players whose 
turn it is next.  When setting the computer's thinking time, this window is 
used for text instead.
